Whole muscle jerky is made from actual cuts of beef. like top round or flank steak. sliced and seasoned as-is. The alternative is chopped-and-formed jerky, where scraps and trimmings are ground up, mixed with binders, and pressed into strips. Simply Beef Jerky uses whole muscle beef only. What you're biting into is the same piece of meat that went in.

No. All Simply Beef Jerky flavors contain soy sauce, which includes wheat. Our jerky is not gluten-free and is not suitable for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance. The Korean BBQ flavor also contains sesame.

No artificial nitrates or nitrites are added. We use celery powder as a natural preservation method, which contains naturally occurring nitrates. Our bags are labeled "No Nitrates or Nitrites Added" in accordance with USDA guidelines. We do not add sodium nitrate or sodium nitrite.

Most Simply Beef Jerky flavors contain no added MSG. The exception is Korean BBQ, which contains MSG as part of its seasoning profile. All other flavors are MSG-free. We use real spices, sauces, and natural flavorings to build flavor across the lineup.

Simply Beef Jerky is made in Hollywood, Florida, USA. Our facility is USDA inspected and passed, establishment number EST.40117. Every bag is produced, packaged, and shipped from our Hollywood, FL location.

Simply Beef Jerky offers 7 standard flavors. Classic Original, Korean BBQ, Black Pepper & Sea Salt, Bourbon Whiskey, Teriyaki, Sweet & Spicy, and Garlic & Brown Sugar. We also carry a premium Filet Mignon line in Original and Teriyaki. All flavors are available individually or in bundles.

Unopened bags have a shelf life of up to 12 months from the production date when stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 3–5 days for best quality, though it can last up to a week if resealed properly. The best-by date is printed on every bag.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days depending on your location. We ship from Hollywood, FL, so transit times vary by distance. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Yes. Simply Beef Jerky ships to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.
