Simply Beef Jerky started the way the best things do: with a kid who had a big idea. Our 12-year-old daughter wanted to start something of her own, and the thing she loves most in this world is beef jerky. So as a family, we decided if we were going to do this, we were going to do it the right way.

We chose whole muscle beef, real ingredients you can actually recognize, and bold flavors built from real seasonings. USDA inspected and passed, EST.40117. No artificial nitrates. No MSG. Just clean, honest beef jerky made the way we believe food should be.
